Robin (“the App”, “we”, “our”) is an activity-streak app developed by Şule Erdoğan. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data Robin handles, how it’s used, and your rights.
Short version: Robin processes your activity data on your device to show your progress. We do not operate servers that receive your personal or health data, and we do not share your data with third parties for advertising or analytics.
Robin uses Apple HealthKit to read the following data from your device only:
This data is used solely to display your daily progress, mascot mood, and streak status inside the App.
Robin has no user account system and no backend that stores your activity. We do not transmit to our servers:
We do not read your photo library. If you save or share a celebration image, that action uses only the image Robin generates on your device.
All App data — including your goals, streak history, notification inbox, and HealthKit reads — is stored locally on your device using iOS standard mechanisms (UserDefaults and on-device file storage). Nothing is uploaded to a remote server operated by us.
Robin reads activity data from Apple Health to show your steps and progress. You grant permission via the iOS system prompt. You can revoke it at any time from: Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Robin
If you revoke permission, the App still opens, but step counts and activity-based progress will not appear until permission is granted again.
Robin schedules local notifications (e.g., evening streak reminders) using iOS UserNotifications. No notification content is sent to our servers.
Subscription purchases (Robin Plus) are processed entirely by Apple’s App Store. We do not see your payment details, billing address, or Apple ID. Apple’s privacy policy applies to those transactions: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
Subscription status is checked on-device via Apple’s StoreKit; we do not maintain a server-side subscription record.
Robin Plus currently increases your monthly streak-restore allowance from 3 to 6 restores per month.
If you choose to save a celebration card to Photos, Robin renders the image on your device and saves it to your Photo Library with your permission. We do not keep a copy on our servers.
When you tap “Share your win” / “Başarını paylaş”, Robin generates an image on your device and opens the iOS share sheet. What you do with the image afterward (Messages, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.) is governed by those apps’ privacy policies, not ours.
Robin is not directed at children under 13 and is not designed for use by children under 13.

Because your data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us, we cannot access, export, or delete it remotely. To remove all Robin data, delete the App from your iPhone — iOS removes the App’s local storage. You may also revoke Apple Health access in Settings.
If you contact us at the email below, we will respond to privacy requests to the extent applicable under Turkish law (KVKK) and, where relevant, the GDPR.
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top and describe material changes in the App Store release notes when possible.

Robin’de kullanıcı hesabı ve aktivite verinizi saklayan bir arka uç yoktur. Sunucularımıza iletmeyiz:
Fotoğraf kitaplığınızı okumayız. Kutlama görselini kaydetmek veya paylaşmak yalnızca cihazınızda üretilen görselle sınırlıdır.
Tüm Uygulama verileri — hedefleriniz, streak geçmişiniz, bildirim gelen kutunuz ve HealthKit okumalarınız dahil — iOS standart mekanizmalarıyla cihazınızda yerel olarak saklanır (UserDefaults ve cihaz içi dosya). Bizim işlettiğimiz bir uzak sunucuya yüklenmez.
Robin, adımlarınızı ve ilerlemenizi göstermek için Apple Health’ten aktivite verisi okur. İzin iOS sistem istemiyle verilir. Dilediğiniz zaman şuradan iptal edebilirsiniz: Ayarlar → Sağlık → Veri Erişimi ve Cihazlar → Robin
İzni iptal ederseniz Uygulama açılır, ancak adım sayısı ve aktiviteye dayalı ilerleme tekrar izin verilene kadar görünmez.
Robin, iOS UserNotifications ile yerel bildirimler zamanlar (örn. akşam streak hatırlatıcısı). Bildirim içeriği sunucularımıza gönderilmez.
Abonelik satın alımları (Robin Plus) tamamen Apple App Store tarafından işlenir. Ödeme bilgilerinizi, fatura adresinizi veya Apple ID’nizi görmeyiz. Apple’ın gizlilik politikası bu işlemler için geçerlidir: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
Abonelik durumu cihazda Apple StoreKit ile kontrol edilir; sunucu tarafında abonelik kaydı tutmayız.
Robin Plus, aylık streak telafi hakkınızı 3’ten 6’ya çıkarır.
Kutlama kartını Fotoğraflar’a kaydetmeyi seçtiğinizde Robin görseli cihazınızda oluşturur ve izninizle Fotoğraf Kitaplığınıza kaydeder. Sunucularımızda bir kopya tutulmaz.
“Başarını paylaş” / “Share your win” düğmesine bastığınızda Robin cihazınızda bir görsel üretir ve iOS paylaşım sayfasını açar. Görseli sonradan ne yaptığınız (Mesajlar, Instagram, WhatsApp vb.) ilgili uygulamaların gizlilik politikalarına tabidir.
Robin 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir ve 13 yaş altı kullanım için tasarlanmamıştır.

Verileriniz cihazınızda kaldığı ve bize iletilmediği için uzaktan erişemez, dışa aktaramaz veya silemeyiz. Tüm Robin verilerini kaldırmak için Uygulamayı iPhone’unuzdan silmeniz yeterlidir — iOS yerel depolamayı kaldırır. Apple Health erişimini de Ayarlar’dan iptal edebilirsiniz.

Bu politikayı değiştirirsek üstteki tarihi günceller ve mümkün olduğunda önemli değişiklikleri App Store sürüm notlarında belirtiriz.
